At our store, we want your purchases to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping.
1. Shipping zones
We ship to mainland Spain.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may currently be subject to different conditions, rates and timeframes. If you'd like to place an order for these areas, please check with our team beforehand.
2. Processing and delivery times
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will normally be processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is:
- Mainland Spain: 4-7 business days.
- Balearic Islands: 2-5 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: check availability and timeframe.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our store's control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, periods of high demand or public holidays.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the destination and the weight or volume of the order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €29 for mainland Spain.
For orders under that amount, the shipping cost will be €3.95.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information, provided this service is available for the selected shipping method.
5. Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Undelivered orders
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it may make a further delivery attempt or leave the package at a pickup point, depending on the carrier's own conditions.
7. Products damaged in transit
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please report it to the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the product at taleguerosshop@gmail.com.
8. Delivery delays
If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us at taleguerosshop@gmail.com.
