We want your order to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where we ship

We ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and other international destinations. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, conditions and timeframes may differ. Please contact us before ordering if you are shipping to these areas.

2. Estimated delivery times

  • International (EU, UK, USA, SPAIN and other destinations): 5-7 business days

These are estimates. Delivery can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays or periods of high demand.

3. Shipping costs

  • Spain: $3.99 — free on orders of $25 or more
  • International (EU, UK, USA and other destinations): $3.99 — free on orders of $25 or more

If you shop in another currency, these amounts are converted automatically, and the exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union (for example the United States or the United Kingdom), the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information whenever tracking is available for your shipping method.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.

7. Undelivered orders

If the carrier cannot deliver your order, it may attempt delivery again or leave the package at a pickup point, depending on the carrier's own conditions.

8. Items damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier on delivery and email us photos of the packaging and the product at taleguerosshop@gmail.com. We will find a solution with you.
