How to Start a Return

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product — we cover everything. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. In most cases you don't even need to return the item. Just send us a photo and we'll handle it same day.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it.
